How can I book an apartment?
You have three options: book directly with us using the direct booking form (no platform fees), or book on Booking.com or Airbnb, where you can also read other guests' reviews.
How many guests can stay in each apartment?
Each apartment has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 5 guests. If you are a larger group, you can book two apartments in the same building.
How far are they from the beach?
About 80 metres from Platja Gran in the centre of Calella. Shops, restaurants and the train station are also a few minutes' walk away.
Is there parking?
Yes, we offer an optional garage space. Spaces are limited, so book it in advance by mentioning it in your booking or sending us a message.
What is included in the price?
Electricity, water, bed linen, towels, air conditioning and fibre-optic Wi-Fi.
Does the building have a lift?
Yes. It is a new building, completed in 2021, with a lift.
Is there a minimum stay?
In July and August the minimum stay is usually 6 nights. The rest of the year it depends on the dates: you will see it when checking Airbnb or Booking.com.
What is the difference between the three apartments?
They share the same finishes and amenities. Apartment Ibiza (1st floor) has a private 25 m² patio; Apartment Barcelona (2nd floor) has a roof terrace with sea views, and Apartment Valencia (3rd floor) has a chill-out roof terrace with mountain and partial sea views.
Are they suitable for families with children?
Yes, they are designed for families: three bedrooms, a full kitchen, a washing machine, private outdoor space, and the beach and parks a short walk away.
Which languages do you speak?
We are a Dutch-Italian family: we can help you in English, Dutch, German, Italian and Spanish.
How do I get here from the airport?
From Barcelona airport you can come by train (changing to the R1 line) or by car on the C-32. We explain it in detail in how to get to Calella.
Can I visit Barcelona without a car?
Yes. The train station is a few minutes' walk away and the R1 line takes you to central Barcelona in just over an hour.
